The closures are necessary to demolish and rebuild the Linn Street bridge as part of the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project. The new Linn Street bridge will feature two vehicle lanes with bike lanes and sidewalks on either side. In another sign of progress for the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project, parts of Interstate 75 through Downtown will close over two mid-April weekends.

On a chilly mid-February afternoon, she showed up outside a Downtown office building to demonstrate against a company listed at the address that had agreed to work for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The company didn't have an office there, a building manager told her. She drove to a second address the ICE contractor listed on its website, located in Kings Mill. It turned out to be a U.S. Postal Service branch.

Work on city-backed West End project paused over lease dispute

Restaurant owner Nick Johnson is now attempting to purchase the building to resolve the dispute. The city of Cincinnati has paid about $66,000 of its $455,000 pledge to the project. More trouble surrounds a long-troubled West End address.
