I am writing in response to the article, "Questioning air support in Peoria." This is an example of finding a solution for a problem that may not necessary exist. There are more progressive communities finding new, more technology-driven solutions for public safety. I have come across a program that addresses the challenges with new thinking and technology. Drone First Responder is one example. Here is a link to one community that is using this with great success.

Allow an option in settings for auto collapse of mail folder structure in the mobile (iPhone) app client. Those with multi folder structures (lvl 1-3) tend to use them in conjunction with mail aliases and filter rules for temp archiving direction. I know have to swipe down 4 or 5 strokes to reach certain main folders. An auto collapse setting would make it greatly easier to quickly see mail count, read/scan mail for importance or on the go read, assign tasks and clean up mailbox.
