The old saying goes that when life gives you lemons to make lemonade. Well, what do you do when life gives you leftovers? That is a question that I am sure that many of you have been asking yourself since gathering with you family over the weekend. While there are many wonderful traditions associated with the holidays, the tradition of cooking a gluttonous amount of food for the holiday meal is a tradition that we should all find shameful.
