Há um ano começava o que se chamou de endemia na China, entre os meses de novembro e dezembro de 2019, com a contaminação de algumas pessoas por Coronavírus, que em dado momento surgiu o diagnóstico de transmissão através de alimentos consumidos na China. O ano de 2020 chegou e com ele a pandemia de COVID-19. A devastação foi mundial em todos os continentes, países e cidades, um número de mortes jamais visto ou especulado.
