1. Introduction Coatings play a crucial role in the corrosion protection of steel structures, not only effectively resisting corrosion but also accommodating substrate deformation and withstanding external loads. Among these, organic coatings are currently the most widely used and effective technology for the corrosion protection of steel structures.
