Die bei TB&C hergestellten Stromschienen (Busbars) verbinden Batteriemodule in den Elektroautos eines großen deutschen Automobilherstellers. Die Komponente besteht aus einem Kupferkörper mit Zinn- / Nickelbeschichtung, der mit Polyketon umspritzt wird. Der Werkstoff wurde aufgrund seiner herausragenden thermomechanischen Eigenschaften gewählt. Polyketon weist eine hohe Bruchdehnung und Zähigkeit auf und ist elektrisch gut isolierend.
