Packers Discussion Thread: Tell us your favorite Packers-Bears memory Original
It’s finally here. Chicago Bears hate week has arrived, and the stakes couldn’t be higher. This will be the latest the first game in the yearly series has been since 1998, when the series opened up at Lambeau on December 13 with a 26-20 Green Bay Packers win. Why is that relevant?
Packers Open Thread: Would you activate Jayden Reed on Sunday? Original
With Jayden Reed now practicing, when would you bring him back? Jayden Reed is back! Well, sort of. On Friday, the Packers opened Reed’s 21 day practice window, designating the third year receiver to return from IR. While Reed has not practiced since week 2 after foot and collarbone surgeries, the juice he brings after the catch could be a massive boon to a Packers offense searching for YAC help since Tucker Kraft’s injury.
NFC North Roundup - Week 4 Original
We’re officially one month into the NFL season. Fall is here, the shine of the early season is fading, and bye weeks are beginning. There are a million more unknowns than knowns at this stage, but we can see a faint glimmer of who’s good and who’s headed to Cancun in 3 months. The NFC North is living up to the early-season hype with all four teams sitting at or above .500 thus far.
APC’s Week 5 Power Rankings
Buffalo Bills - A well-oiled machine already gearing up for January. Philadelphia Eagles - The forward pass has been outlawed. Los Angeles Rams - This QB might be the first clone to ever enter the MVP discussion. Detroit Lions - Setbacks officially in the rear view. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - NFL fans deserve to see this WR trio healthy. Make it happen, football gods. Green Bay Packers - If he ties, he ties. Los Angeles Chargers - Another tackle down. The curse is back.
APC’s Week 5 Power Rankings
Hunker down, fantasy players… Bye weeks cometh. After a strong four-week start to the season in which we’ve already seen an 80-point tie game and a 15-point, four-minute, fourth-quarter comeback, the league begins to rest. Week 4 didn’t produce a crazy comeback, nor did the hierarchy of power in the NFL Universe change.
Packers vs. Cowboys: Week 4 Stats of the Game
Well… that was certainly a football game. In what should have been a get-right game to head into the bye with heads held high, the Green Bay Packers found themselves in a shootout against a Ceedee Lamb-less Dallas Cowboys team with an abysmal defense. Dak Prescott’s drive after drive spoiled Micah Parsons’ return to Dallas, as the Packers’ back end failed to hold up their end of the bargain. And once defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt exited the game in the second quarter?

NFC North 2025 Draft Grade Roundup
Photo by Stacy Revere/Getty Images The 2025 NFL Draft is in the books, and teams are well underway in the process of picking through what’s left in free agency to fill the remaining gaps in their roster. After a bang to kick off night one with the Jacksonville Jaguars trading up for Travis Hunter, future firsts started to fly as front offices jockeyed for position in trades.
Packers host 1st-round receiver on pre-draft visit
Photo by Bruce Yeung/Getty Images One week after it was reported that Texas receiver Isaiah Bond would be taking a pre-draft visit to Green Bay, his former teammate Matthew Golden is expected to visit the Green Bay Packers today. Golden posted an overhead view of Green Bay in an Instagram story late last night, just one day after he visited the Pittsburgh Steelers, a surprise after they traded for and paid DK Metcalf this offseason.
How the Packers’ 2024 Draft Class Performed at the Scouting Combine
Photo by Cooper Neill/Getty Images 2025 Scouting Combine season is upon us and after a couple short weeks of light news days, the offseason is heating up. The Green Bay Packers come into the combine with the luxury (or concern?) of having a variety of directions they could go. Want to head some 2026 decisions off at the pass? Maybe beefing up the front seven early is your cup of tea. Looking for immediate impact or need to replace disgruntled vets? Better double up on speed at receiver and corner.
Super Bowl Picks 2025: Four props for Chiefs vs. Eagles
Photo by Kevin Sabitus/Getty Images The biggest betting event of the year is here. Longshot props, squares, or just straight cash at a friend’s Sunday get-together will have us all screaming for and getting wildly disappointed over teams we have absolutely no rooting interest in. And isn’t that the true spirit of Super Bowl weekend?

And with that, comes a bevy of power rankings seeking to make sense of the inevitable chaos incoming.
15 Best Weapons For PvP In Elden Ring
Elden Ring is not the first Souls game to feature PvP multiplayer. The same system of invading and helping has existed in the Souls series from the beginning with Demon's Souls. In Elden Ring, if you engage in multiplayer and summon a cooperator, you open yourself up to being invaded. Related Elden Ring: 17 Best Intelligence Weapons There are also options for summoning invaders on purpose to duel, but either way, PvP combat is quite different than regular PvE combat in Elden Ring.

Packers best plays of 2023, #10: Dontayvion Wicks shows off his arm in Denver
Photo by Jamie Schwaberow/Getty Images The Packers’ 2023-24 season was a rollercoaster to say the least. From the doldrums marked by confusion on offense and shaky QB play to knocking on the door of an NFC Championship, we never knew quite what to expect from the green and gold. After missing the playoffs in 2022, Jordan Love’s first season was expected to be a transition year with one goal: solve any questions at Quarterback. And boy, did they get their answer.
APC's 'My Guys' for the 2024 NFL Draft
By Peter Voight via Acme Packing Company, APC's contributors pick their favorite prospects in this year's draft class. At long last, the NFL draft is just one week away. The cold doldrums of the post-free agency period will give way to a spring and summer full of hope. More than the warm feeling of a better tomorrow, however, we look forward to the sheer joy of ridiculing rivals before a single snap is played.
APC’s ‘My Guys’ for the 2024 NFL Draft
Mandi Wright / USA TODAY NETWORK At long last, the NFL draft is just one week away. The cold doldrums of the post-free agency period will give way to a spring and summer full of hope. More than the warm feeling of a better tomorrow, however, we look forward to the sheer joy of ridiculing rivals before a single snap is played. Overzealous GMs will reach for the stars based on nothing other than “dat boi fast.” Others with shaky job security will trade their life away for a quarterback just… because.
State of the NFC North: Week 18 Recap
Dan Powers/USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin / USA TODAY NETWORK Week 18 is in the books, and the journey is over for half of the NFC North. What was a celebration of things to come for the Lions and the Packers was an ominous list of question marks for the Vikings and the Bears. The Lions ended their regular season at home, beating the Vikings to scrub the stink off after a soul-crushing loss to the Cowboys.
Pick the top play from the Packers’ Week 18 win over the Bears
Wm. Glasheen/USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin / USA TODAY NETWORK Mission accomplished. After a 2-5 start that left more questions than answers in Titletown, the Packers stayed the course. Young receivers, injuries, and miscues be damned, Green Bay now finds themselves preparing for Wild Card weekend. On Sunday, Jordan Love was brilliant, throwing for 316 yards and leading an offense that didn’t punt once.
State of the NFC North: Week 17 Recap
Brad Rempel-USA TODAY Sports The NFC North had quite the up-and-down week 17. We start with our division leader, whose rollercoaster of a night was enough excitement for the entire conference. The Lions were left to pick up the pieces of their heartbreak in Dallas like an old country song after a late-game ref mishap. Nevertheless, they’ll be hosting just their seventh playoff game ever in a week.
Pick the top play from the Packers’ Week 17 win over the Vikings
Jeffrey Becker-USA TODAY Sports Survive and advance. That was the name of the game for the Packers as they strolled into the wretched hive of scum and villainy, U.S. Bank Stadium. Not even the sight of shirtless Kirk Cousins soft-launching his “link in bio” could save the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday night. Jordan Love and the Packers played like a team with something to prove; a team absolutely disgusted by Jaren Hall being favored in any professional football game.
Pick the top play from the Packers’ Week 16 win over the Panthers
Jim Dedmon-USA TODAY Sports The Green Bay Packers are still alive. Please focus on that fact and only that fact. Do not look towards the flashing red warning sign plastered with Joe Barry’s face. All is well. We were nearly treated to a lump of coal on Sunday as the Packers pulled out a tight one against the 2-13 Carolina Panthers. You may have told yourself, “Surely they won’t allow a QB to post season-best numbers for the third straight week.” You would have been very wrong.
Pick the top play from the Packers’ week 15 loss to the Buccaneers
Dan Powers/USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin / USA TODAY NETWORK Little by little, the hourglass is draining. What once seemed like the makings of a fairytale ending have turned into a nightmare in December as the Packers have dropped two straight to the Giants and Buccaneers. While Jaire Alexander and Christian Watson’s absences loom large, it’s hard not to feel immensely disappointed in how the young team has come out of the gates as of late.
State of the NFC North: Week 15 Recap
David Reginek-USA TODAY Sports Things were pretty bleak across the NFC North this weekend as the Lions and Vikings took center stage in the league’s first Saturday matchups of the year. While Jared Goff and the Lions got back on track, the Vikings blew a 14-point lead that put their division title hopes in jeopardy. The Lions are now in a position to clinch the playoffs and their first division title in 30 years this week against the Vikings.
Pick the top play from the Packers’ Week 14 loss to the Giants
Vincent Carchietta-USA TODAY Sports The runaway train of good vibes that has been the Packers’ past month was brought to a screeching halt in week 14. More accurately, the train was derailed, set on fire, and caused an ecological disaster. The Packers fell to the New York Giants, 24-22, reducing the margin for error in their playoff push and effectively closing the door on their division title chances.
State of the NFC North: Week 14 Recap
Vincent Carchietta-USA TODAY Sports The bye weeks are over and the stretch run is here. All four teams in the NFC North were in action this weekend as the race for the division crown tightened ever so slightly. In only divisional matchup of the week, Justin Fields and the Bears took down the Lions, building on their encouraging performance versus the division leaders in week 11.
State of the NFC North, Week 13 Recap
Tork Mason / USA TODAY NETWORK The North had a relatively quiet week with two teams on bye and the Lions shutting down a reeling Saints team. That is, until Jordan Love and the Packers became the talk of the NFL world on Sunday night. The Packers capped off an undefeated week for the NFC North and firmly entered the NFC Wild Card race, now sitting as the 7th overall seed.
Pick the top play from the Packers’ week 13 victory over the Chiefs
Tork Mason / USA TODAY NETWORK Jordan Love has arrived. Sample size be damned, the first year starter looks like the future of the position for the Packers after standing toe to toe with the defending champs and slaying the monster that is the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night football. Maybe it’s the 3 years of watching Aaron Rodgers. Maybe it’s revenge for not receiving his much deserved turkey leg on Thanksgiving.
State of the NFC North, Week 12 recap
Lon Horwedel-USA TODAY Sports The North’s bottom two teams came through in Week 12 as the Packers took down the Lions to kick off Thanksgiving and the Bears trudged through an ugly Monday night to claim victory over the Vikings. Packers quarterback Jordan Love had another brilliant outing to celebrate Turkey Day, and despite not being rewarded with the ceremonial turkey leg, his performance was calm and collected against the division-leading Lions.
