Abstract We present MIMIC-III-Ext-PPG, a large-scale, quality-assessed photoplethysmography (PPG) dataset derived from the matched waveform subset of MIMIC-III. Our dataset provides 30-second PPG segments with annotations tailored for various cardiovascular and respiratory analyses.
