Formula 1 is closing out the 2023 season under the lights in Abu Dhabi this weekend. With Red Bull and Max Verstappen having already locked up the constructors championship and drivers championship weeks ago, there is a little anti-climatic feel on the last racing weekend of the year. The McLaren cars have been near the top of the charts in the Free Practice sessions this week and Lando Norris would be starting higher on the grid if he did not make a mistake on his final lap in qualifying.

Michigan has joined the list of states to ban Pick’Em Daily Fantasy Sports Contests. According to a report by PlayMichigan.com, the state’s Gaming Control Board proposed a ban that would prohibit playing in any games that mimic betting on sports. The proposal was accepted on October 6th and will take effect at the end of October. PrizePicks’ legal status in Michigan is now coming to an end, as are similar operators that offer Pick’Em DFS contests like Underdog Fantasy.
