A novel Cd-MOF with enhanced thermo-sensitivity：The rational design, synthesis and multipurpose applications A novel fluorescent Cd-MOF probe [Cd2(btec)(TPB)0.5(H2O)4]•2H2O (complex 1, TPB = 1,2,4,5-Tetra(4-pyridyl)benzene) have been rationally designed, synthesized and its multipurpose sensing applications have been revealed. Thermo-sensitive property of complex 1 was investigated in a wide temperature range from 20 °C to 160 °C.
