Hyperwightianols I-N, six new meroterpenoids from Hypericum wightianum

Abstract Six undescribed meroterpenoids, designated as hyperwightianols I-N (1–6), were isolated from the dried whole herb of Hypericum wightianum. The structures of these compounds were elucidated through comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS), 1D & 2D nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), as well as electronic circular dichroism (ECD).
