4 DISCUSSION We have established nomograms for normative reference values of Qacc in the pediatric population (girls and boys separately) by voided volumes in centile forms. We found an inversely proportional correlation between voided volumes and Qacc parameters. The diversity of Qacc by percentiles is huge. We recommend that values between the 25 and 75th percentiles should be accepted as normal, which in boys is between 3.9 and 8 ml/s2 for a voided volume of 150 ml.
