1 Introduction Endometrial cancer (EC) is the second most common malignant tumor of the female reproductive system in China, with an incidence rate of 10.28/100000 and a mortality rate of 1.9/100000 (1, 2). The pathogenesis of EC is related to continuous estrogen exposure, carrying genetic susceptibility genes, old age, metabolic abnormalities, obesity, diabetes, and so on (1–3). Surgery is the primary modality used for both staging and treatment for endometrial cancer patients.
