C.T. Pundole & Sons is one of India’s oldest watch retail chains, established in 1909 in Pune, a city it continues to call its home more than a century later. Retailing luxury watch brands like Rolex, Chopard, Omega, Tudor, Hublot, Breitling, Longines, Grand Seiko, Rado and more, it is spread over 15 multi and monobrand stores, apart from a dedicated service centre, two eyewear boutiques, and a 2,000-square-feet wall clock showroom, one of the biggest in India.

Fourteen years ago, when WatchTime India was launched in the country, it was India's first international watch title. The year 2012 was a time when the watch market was burgeoning here, and a dedicated watch publication hoped to cater to an audience that was not merely curious about timepieces, but genuinely passionate about them. Today, as we mark our 14th anniversary, we're proud that we've had a role to play in building this community.

When I meet Nisha Narayanan, the Director and COO of Red FM at her office in NOIDA, she looks every bit like she has walked out of her Instagram page – a bright floral saree whose end drapes around her shoulders, the gossamer fabric of a sleeve peeking from underneath, her hair falling in waves held back by sunglasses, and a mother-of-pearl Rolex on her wrist.
