Taoreed Lagbaja, the chief of army staff (COAS), has ordered troops of the 3rd division of the Nigerian Army and the joint task force of Operation Safe Haven in Plateau to go after the terrorists disturbing the peace of the state. There have been recurring attacks in Mangu LGA of the state, leading to loss of lives and property. According to a statement by the army on Saturday, Lagbaja gave the order while addressing the troops during an operational tour of the state.
