From Victor Osula, Abuja The Acting Inspector-General of Police (IGP), kayode Egbetokun, has condemned the disturbing incident in Ekpoma, Edo State where a police team, chained and ran a vehicle over a citizen on Thursday, June 29, 2023. The victim was said to have the papers the policemen demanded for. They even rejected pleas from persons at the spot as well as passers-by and then ran out of the Sienna while the young man was writhing in pains under the vehicle.
