I prefer to have a face-to-face conversation on story ideas.

Why did you become a journalist?
To help make a difference in lives of those whose voice goes unheard
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
My high school didn't have a newspaper.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I am most proud of working on the Cover story interview of actress Bipasha Basu and also of writing the Head of Charles Regatta stories
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Never stop learning

Anytime in the day; especially in the morning.
What's the best pitch you ever got?
When I was asked to write movie reviews, I was also given my freedom to write how much ever I want to - with no word limit.
What's the worst pitch you ever got?
Would you write a few blog articles for our products? But we can't pay you. Of course, we will put your name on our blog.

New York Times, The Guardian
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
Entertainment news is not just fluff and crime reports are not just investigative. Crime news can also have human interest angles to it.
