1. Introduction In the aerospace field, spatio-temporal data often come from various satellites for communication, navigation, and remote sensing. However, these satellite systems operate independently, leading to discrepancies in data acquisition times and limited time resolution. As a result, real-time continuous global tracking of targets is not currently feasible, nor is real-time monitoring of changes in certain fixed targets.
