SIAC(新加坡国际仲裁中心)于2024年12月9日发布了新的《仲裁规则》（即第七版《仲裁规则》），新《仲裁规则》已于2025年1月1日起实施。SIAC新《仲裁规则》引入了一些新的程序，包括Streamlined Procedure(简易程序)、Preliminary Determination(初步裁定)、Coordinated Proceedings(协调程序)等。其中简易程序的引入，在快速程序和普通程序的基础上，为当事人在程序选择上提供了新的选项和路径。本文主要对新《仲裁规则》中的简易程序的特点、适用范围、组庭方式、程序性权利、程序转化等进行介绍及分析，以期为当事人的程序路径选择提供帮助。 一、SIAC新《仲裁规则》简易程序的特点 新《仲裁规则》中的简易程序，是为争议金额低的简单案件而设计，其特点主要体现在高效便捷和费用较低。新《仲裁规则》对简易程序的规定主要体现在《仲裁规则》第13条和附则2中。...

To systematically assess the effects of massage and touch on agitation in patients with dementia and to determine the optimal intervention design. Agitated behaviour is the most common behavioural symptom in patients with dementia and can seriously affect the health status and quality of life of individuals with dementia and their caregivers. Massage and touch have been widely used as a non-pharmacological intervention to address the behavioural issues of dementia.
