Alex Donaldson, via VG247 and RPG Site. Not only is his content terrific, but he's willing to teach newcomers in the field. Eager, even.

Several CMS suites. Excel, Docs, Meets, Zoom, and all these little trinkets I use to port over screenshots and videos.

Volunteering is a great way to get started. Research sites whose editors want to see you blossom into a paid professional.
