Rae Shearn, a well-known lawyer with a career spanning more than three decades, has earned great respect in the legal community. She began practising law in Florida in 1999, with offices in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. A death-qualified criminal defence lawyer was one of the certificates she obtained in 1999. As a criminal defence attorney, Shearn has always been aggressive and meticulous in her defence of her clients, whether they are charged with a DUI or a capital offence.

Rae Shearn Miami, Florida Rae Shearn is a well-regarded lawyer with a 35-year career in the legal profession. She started practicing law in 1999 and opened offices in Florida's Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. She was certified as a criminal defense attorney authorized to defend people against the death penalty in 1999. Shearn has always been tenacious and rigorous in her defense of clients, whether they are accused of a capital offense or a DUI.

Rae Shearn served as a Southern District Magistrate. She also worked as a prosecutor during the Miami Riot trials, Court Broom Sweep, and the Miami River Cops case. She worked under Janet Reno in the middle to end of the 1980s in the drugs speciality division unit. This was three years before her promotion to division head by the then Miami Dade State Attorney. She felt the need to move to the accused's defence at this point. Rae Shearn has been a Client Champion since she started her legal career.
