Key Points Question Among US Medicare beneficiaries, how have sex-specific patterns and outcomes of transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) evolved from 2013 to 2022? Findings In this cohort study of 314 123 patients, the proportion of women undergoing TAVI declined from 47.6% to 43.6% over 10 years. Although periprocedural mortality and complications decreased substantially in both sexes, women consistently exhibited higher early risk but modestly lower long-term mortality than men.
