Two-time reigning Best Comedy Series champ “Veep” looked nearly unstoppable at last year’s Emmy Awards as it focused on a Presidential election right as the real world was doing the same. This year, however, as Gold Derby editors Rob Licuria, Marcus James Dixon, Amanda Spears and myself debate in an Emmy video slugfest (watch above), the HBO laugher could be in some trouble thanks to FX hit “Atlanta” entering the picture and ABC’s “Black-ish” on the rise.

“The moment that I read it, it became special to me,” recalls “This Is Us” star Justin Hartley about taking the role as Kevin Pearson, one of the three main adult siblings on the hit NBC drama.

“It is crazy, but it’s a huge honor,” proclaims “The Mick” and “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” star Kaitlin Olson on juggling two different shows. She is also the co-executive producer on “The Mick” and plays two roles. In our recent webchat (watch above), she adds, “I’m so happy that they wanted me to do it.
