Abstract The present study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of a tamarind seed polysaccharide (TSP)-based scaffold for promoting skin tissue regeneration. The TSP was extracted and chemically modified through thiolation, which boosted its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and wound-healing abilities, while also improving its mucoadhesive properties.

Practical Applications Fatigue resistance results from two opposing phenomena: crack formation and crack healing. The fatigue performance of asphalt binders was evaluated using conventional tests such as superpave fatigue parameter (G*sinδ) from oscillation test and linear amplitude sweep. However, these tests do not account for rest periods present in real-time traffic load application.
