Kershaw County (WLTX)--A man lying in the bed of a pick-up truck was killed, another injured and a third charged with DUI, after a crash on Interstate 20. It happed about 3:00 a.m. Friday morning, in the eastbound lanes, near mile marker 87. 26-year-old Bruce Clark, of North Carolina, is facing felony DUI charges, in connection with the wreck. Trooper David Jones, a spokesman for the S.C. Highway Patrol, says Clark was driving a pickup truck that was stopped, with its lights off, on I-20.
