The 2026 NFL regular season is still a few months away but some stadiums will be busy with the 2026 World Cup until then. Bu ahead of the 2026 NFL regular season and the World Cup, a group of stadium workers at an NFL stadium have officially voted to go on strike. More than 2,000 stadium workers at SoFi Stadium, home of the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers, have voted to go on strike. SoFi Stadium workers have voted to authorize a strike just as the World Cup is scheduled to be played at the stadium.

The Kansas City Chiefs are bringing back a familiar face. According to multiple reports, the Chiefs are signing L’Jarius Snead to a one-year deal worth up to $5 million, reuniting the cornerback with the team that drafted him in 2020. The Chiefs traded Snead to the Tennessee Titans in 2024 after placing the franchise tag on him that year. The Titans released Snead on March 13 of this year in a move that freed up $11.4 million in salary cap space for the Titans.
