2. Literature Review There are currently many well-known methods proposed for the identification of fake images, but the generalization capability of these models is significantly low. The performance of these models drops due to the frequent updating of deepfake or manipulation methods. Akhtar et al. [5] considered SqueezeNet [6], VGG16 [7], ResNet [8], DenseNet [9], and GoogleNet [10] in their study for the identification of face manipulation.
