Early in my career, my idea of success was rooted in acquiring deep expertise and having a tangible impact on the world. The greater challenge in achieving this would be set in being intentional about the opportunities, relationships, and experiences that help would help me grow into the professional I aspired to become. There were three simple goals that became the foundation of my career strategy and continue to help me refocus on my "why" today.

One of the most exciting areas of my work sits at the intersection of large‑scale climate strategy and community‑centered sustainability efforts. I’m consistently emboldened by how directly these efforts reinforce one another. I’m currently managing a project titled Building Improvement Toolkit (BIT) for Resilient HBCUs in partnership with Sustain Our Future Foundation and Southface Institute.
