Hello, I purchased a vacant old nursing home that is in a low income area of the Dallas / Fort Worth area. The place has 30+ Rooms and is over 15,000 square feet. I was going to convert this 1950's building to an assisted living facility, but it looks like it will cost too much without any guarantee that the operation will be successful. I'm now looking into alternative uses for the building. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.
