County will consider Stower Trail planning once again Polk County will once again consider beginning the process of master planning the Stower Seven Lakes State Trail to turn it into a multi-use trail allowing hiking and biking, but most specifically horses and snowmobiles. Last week, the Polk County Board voted down approval of a resolution to authorize the DNR to execute a renegotiated Stower Seven Lakes State Trail deal.
