Deep purple in color, red cherry and black plum aromas charm the nose along with blackberry, mint leaf and violet blossom. The palate is silky in texture with plump dark fruit and dried field grass buttressed by soft, rounded tannins that cuddle the finish. Pair with grilled meats, roasted portobello mushroom and Beef Bourgogne.

Quinta da Fonte Souto, Florão Branco White 2024, Vinho Regional Alentejano, Portugal Tasting Note: Muddled, tropical-fruit aromas lift from the glass beginning with white peach, grilled pineapple, lilac and apple blossom. The palate is rich with a lake of ripe fruit that is gently guided by an undercurrent of wet stone and minerality that lifts the finish. Pair with more substantial, complex dishes as well as goat cheese and mushroom risotto.

Perla del Garda, Garda Bianco 2023, Italy Tasting Note: This white wine blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Incrocio Manzoni and Riesling is pleasantly multi-dimensional. The wine opens with an enticing summer-meadow bouquet of wildflowers, lilac and orange blossom dusted with hay. The palate is steely with hints of dusty forest floor and dried field grass tossed with freshly-peeled green apple skin. Pair Moules Frites, Croque Monsieur and goat cheese.
