1. Ciasto: Cukinię ścieram na dużych oczkach, solę i dokładnie mieszam- przekładam na durszlak i mocno odciskam z soku. W między czasie ubijam jajka z cukrem, tak długo aż cukier się rozpuści, a jajka podwoją swoją objętość. Nie przerywając ubijania wlewam olej. Wyłączam robot i dalej pracuję już ręcznie. Do masy dodaję cukinię, mąkę przesianą z proszkiem i sodą , mieszam szpatułką do połączenia się w jednolitą masę.
