General Court of the European Union (Luxembourg) Intern Currently an intern in the chambers of President Krisztián Kecsmár at the General Court of the European Union, Songul Usta contributes to research and the preparation of cases in the fields of intellectual property and competition law. She holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Liability and Compensation Law from the University of Lorraine, where she deepened her knowledge of EU law, and in particular competition law.

European Court of Justice (Luxembourg) Référendaire Luca Prete is a référendaire in the chambers of Advocate General Emiliou at the European Court of Justice, on secondment from the European Commission’s Legal Service, and Guest Professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Prior to this, he was an associate in the Brussels office of Skadden Arps.
