The Royal Mail says it is investigating after a video of a person driving one of its vans was filmed running over a duck. The clip has been widely shared on social media and is understood to have taken place on Monday, June 8. A Royal Mail spokesperson said: “We are very sorry this happened. It was upsetting to see and we understand why people are concerned. “The driver has told us he did not see the ducks until it was too late.

Pinchbeck road to be closed for at least two more weeks as county council provide update

The county council says it is looking at works ‘to finally solve the persistent road issues in Pinchbecks’ Enterprise Way. The road was closed two weeks ago between Stephenson Avenue up to Edison Close after gradually sinking, something that’s occurred twice previously in the last few years.
