Production Assistant with "Showbiz Today," a daily, live entertainment newscast on CNN.
Have you ever used a typewriter?

That would be a toss up between Richard Thornburg (Die Hard), Kent Brockman (The Simpsons) and "Rockin'" Ricky Rialto (Gremlins).
What's the funniest news-related #hashtag you've seen?
Will come back to this, though I've often found #hashtag to be amusing for its self-referential simplicity.
Why did you become a journalist?
Didn't really plan to, and I was not a fan of writing in my youth, but found while in college that I had a knack for it.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
The world premiere of "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story."
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
1. Check your spelling. 2. Fact check. 3. Check your spelling. 4. Never appropriate something for a story that it has nothing to do with.
