Innsendt Veien til finalen var som en vanlig cup, hvor to og to lag møttes på en av lagenes hjemmebaner til innledende skytinger, og til slutt en semifinale. Her vant Ringerike (nesten) alle sine matcher. De kom til finalen i den såkalte Cup 1B. Dette er cupen for de som skyter knestående og/eller liggende, og som tapte i første innledende runde. Disse går da videre til «B-Cup». Her kom Ringerike Skytterlag på en fin 3. plass i finalen. De kunne reise hjem med en flott glasspokal.
