What was your first job as a journalist?
Writing an article for the Examiner. I wanted to draw attention to the difficulties that children with additional needs encountered during the school closures and lockdowns that Covid-19 caused. I wrote my first article anonymously.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
My opinion piece about the early intervention system in Ireland for the Cork Echo.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Not much. I'm only an aspiring one myself so would be presumptious to give anybody any advice on this topic.

Coffee.
