Both sides in a lawsuit alleging legal malpractice stemming from the long-running ownership battle over the former Westminster Choir College site in Mercer County are heading back to court in two weeks. Attorneys for a long-defunct law firm that represented Rider University when it purchased the college in 1992 are asking a Superior Court judge to dismiss the university’s claim that it was given bad guidance that eventually led to it losing ownership of the 23-acre property.

Hoboken Terminal sustained damage in Friday night’s storm but remains open and will continue serving as a commuting hub for the World Cup with next game scheduled for Sunday afternoon, officials said. Workers were making repairs and cleaning up the iconic terminal on Saturday, NJ Transit CEO Kris Kolluri said during a 1 p.m. media briefing on the storm and its aftermath led by Gov. Mikie Sherrill.
