It notes that Scotland and Wales voted against Brexit and calls on Theresa May to extend Article 50 and reject no-deal. He adds that the advice from the government's Attorney General Geoffrey Cox has been "devastating in its content". Northern Ireland will remain inside the EU customs union and the European Courts still have jurisdiction over NI, he adds. The backstop "would continue indefinitely", he warns, even though "nobody wants it".
