Effects of therapies for Ebola virus disease: a systematic review and network meta-analysis
We present the GRADE summary of findings for mortality (table 2), serious adverse events (table 3), time to viral clearance (appendix p 20), and duration of admission (appendix p 21). We judged the certainty of evidence to be low or very low for many comparisons because of the high risk of bias and serious imprecision. In the two studies, , mortality data at 28 days' follow-up were available for 744 patients.

I worked all my life and then had a stroke. I need disability. But I’m so ashamed.
When you live in the land of opportunity and yours passes you by, a life that began with lofty dreams and unlimited potential can result in devastating humiliation. I know because it happened to me. Not long ago, my sister received a call from an old classmate of mine who had been looking for me. She gave him my number, but when he called I didn’t pick up. As I told my sister later, I was too ashamed and embarrassed to take the call.

Four years after President Barack Obama called for national gun control measures in the wake of the Sandy Hook massacre, the U.S. has seen a spike in firearm sales, little legislative action on background checks and an incoming administration that has pledged to deliver on the National Rifle Association's priorities. During Obama's two terms, he has delivered 14 addresses to the nation in the wake of mass shootings, more than any other president.
Study: These States Have Fewer School Shootings
A recent study found a correlation between states that require background checks before acquiring a firearm or ammunition and states with fewer incidents of gun violence at schools. Border wall would keep Californians out
By Robert Fowler, Henderson Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016 | 2 a.m. View more of the Sun's opinion section It occurs to me that we not only need to make America great again, but we need to make Nevada great again. To do that we must keep immigrants out. The best way to do that is to build a great, magnificent wall along our southern border to keep out immigrants from California. They are bringing drugs into our state. They’re murderers and rapists (and some, I assume, are good people).
