Robert Jalon’s Biography
My first word as a baby was goal. The love for football got deeper throughout my life as I understood how the beautiful game connected the world. The world's game has taken this Latino kid from the World Cup 2014, where I decided to get into sports journalism, to El Tráfico and other memorable matches in between. I was born in Los Angeles and now get to cover the 5-time MLS Cups champs LA Galaxy on the daily! I also cover the intersection of sports and culture and its impact on society at large.
