By Robert Swift CapitolWire The Democratic-controlled House passed a late $50.6 billion state budget bill Monday that lacks full-scale bipartisan agreement. The House voted 105-97 for House Bill 1330 with a few GOP lawmakers supporting it. Both Appropriations Majority Chair Jordan Harris, D-Philadelphia, and Minority Chair James Struzzi, R-Indiana, called HB1330 a step in the process of enacting a final budget.
