@pascalbouvier I've never had the shark, but quite fond of "rakfisk" (fermented trout). Maybe that's milder. There's a place in Reykjavik port that does a fantastic whale kebab though.
My first instinct was to scoff at this, but it's actually a pretty good idea. 
Remember that NYT "best journalism job ever" ad? Well this is the antithesis. The worst media job imaginable.
