Rob Kleifield’s Biography
Rob Kleifield is a former Division I football player turned sports journalist and content creator. In May 2019, Kleifield earned his undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Arizona, where he played inside linebacker from 2015-16. He earned his Master's in Sports Journalism degree from Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in December 2020. Kleifield served as a sports intern at The Arizona Republic and azcentral.com. He also previously covered sports for the Arizona Daily Star and The Daily Wildcat, upon the conclusion of his football career, while finishing his degree in Tucson. Additionally, Kleifield has written extensively for his own sports blog, which he created in 2017, aiming to refine his writing style and develop a personal brand, Rob K All Day. Kleifield is determined to stay as close to his favorite sport, football, as possible, and enjoy a career of powerful storytelling on print, digital and broadcast platforms. He has spent the last two years working for Bally Sports North/Wisconsin, a regional sports network formerly recognized as FOX Sports. There, Kleifield has covered a wide range of college and pro sports, including the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings. Kleifield wishes to keep climbing in the sports industry and hopes to build meaningful relationships throughout the media and sports communities.
