We have charted over 50 sales so far this year that ranged from six figures all the way up to eight figures. The sales made at that level has all been .com or .ai domains with only three exceptions (a .org, a .app and a .xyz). When the big sales are on a roll, there's little room left at the Top 20 Inn for anyone else, however these things tend to run in cycles. In our last bi-weekly report, we noted that the mid range was getting a turn in the spotlight and that continued over the past two weeks.

After the explosion at the high end of the domain market (two 7-figure sales and four others in 6 figures) that we detailed in our last report, the action shifted to a flood of solid mid-range sales this time around the track. While we all love to see the marquee sales with a long string of zeros trailing the first digit, most investors make their money in the middle ground - and there was a lot to like from that vantage point.

The domain aftermarket continues to boom with high end sales on multiple fronts. Thanks to research done by George Kirikos (who has found and verified more previously unreported sales, by far, than anyone in the industry) two more seven figure sales that were buried in 1Q-2026 financial reports have been uneathed. On May 9 George announced the $7.5 million sale of Green.com on his FreeSpeech.com blog.
