To systematically investigate the causal relationship between autoimmune diseases and brain functional networks as well as cerebrospinal fluid metabolites, we conducted an MR analysis using publicly available GWAS on autoimmune diseases. To avoid the disparities arising from genetic diversity among different racial lineages and other environmental factors, we exclusively incorporated GWAS datasets derived from European-descent samples.
