We are delighted to announce that Deacons has received an excellent set of rankings in the newly launched Chambers Greater China Region and Asia-Pacific Guides 2025. Deacons has once again maintained our top-tier positions, alongside securing practice group and individual recognitions in this year’s research. This year, we have earned 16 firm rankings and 24 individual rankings in the Greater China Region. Additionally, we have been recognised in two firm rankings within the Asia-Pacific Region.

Deacons advised Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited (“CTFE”) on its acquisition of 75% shareholding in Kai Tak Sports Park Limited (“KTSPL”) from New World Development Company Limited (SEHK stock code: 17) (“NWD”) for HK$416.7 million, which was completed on 29 November 2024. Opening in the first quarter of 2025, the Kai Tak Sports Park (“KTSP”) is the largest sports infrastructure project ever commissioned in Hong Kong.
