WESTLAKE, Ohio (WJW) – It was not the way to spend a warm summer night, for either Westlake police or the teenage driver of a brand BMW who now has a problem. The incident happened about two weeks ago on a busy street in Crocker Park that was full of cars and people. Peeling out, revving engines of either cars or motorcycles, or trying to do donuts in the street are not only a nuisance, but could be a danger.
