1 Introduction Spinal cord sarcoidosis has been reported to be rare and account for less than 1% of all sarcoidosis patients [1-3]. Yet, it is being reported frequently in the literature and is possibly underdiagnosed. The rarity of this entity and the difficulty in obtaining tissue sampling may delay diagnosis and treatment, and affect prognosis. We describe a case of sarcoidosis that presented with myelitis and was misdiagnosed radiologically twice as a demyelinating disease.
