| Nature Verified
Abstract This study evaluates the technical efficiency and variations in efficiency across 88 elementary schools in the Indian state of Odisha. The assessment employs a linear programming-based approach known as the Slacks-Based Measure Data Envelopment Analysis (SBM-DEA) model to determine the efficiency of the schools. Nine inputs, two desirable outputs, and one undesirable output are considered in the evaluation process.
